Reg. 101/2002, deposited May 17, 2002, pursuant to the HOME OWNER GRANT

ACT [section 18 (2) (d)]. Order in Council 361/2002, approved and ordered

May 16, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned,

the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,

orders that the following regulation is made:

ELIGIBILITY

OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES REGULATION, 2002

Eligibility

(1) A person with disabilities in respect of whom an owner received a

grant under

section 2 (2) (

b) of the Home Owner Grant Act for the 2001

property tax year is a person with disabilities eligible for the purposes of that

section for the 2002 property tax year.

(2) A person

with disabilities in respect of whom an owner received a grant under

section 3

(3) (

b) of the Home Owner Grant Act for the 2001 property tax year is a

person with disabilities eligible for the purposes of that

section for the 2002

property tax year.

(3) A person with disabilities

in respect of whom an owner received a grant under

section 4 (3) (

b) of the Home

Owner Grant Act for the 2001 property tax year is a person with disabilities

eligible for the purposes of that

section for the 2002 property tax year.

(4) A person with disabilities in respect of whom an owner received a grant under

section 5 (3) (

b) of the Home Owner Grant Act for the 2001 property tax

year is a person with disabilities eligible for the purposes of that

section for
