OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 3, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, and

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) rescind Order in Council 95-455, dated June 13, 1995; and (

b) approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an approximate area of 2.83 acres, situate at Lower East Pubnico, Yarmouth County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to N.S. Crabbers Limited, a body corporate having a registered office at Lower East Pubnico, Yarmouth County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of approximately $11,100, with the exact amount to be determined by multiplying the value of $0.09 per square foot by the square footage of the parcel of Crown land to be conveyed as determined by survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
