Reg. 25/1996, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 96-79 dated February 6, 1996, to add items to the existing extended producer responsibility (EPR) program for electronics and create a new battery EPR program and lamp products EPR program, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after August 1, 2023.
