The purposed change is from Open Space to Community Service.

The purpose of M unicipal Plan Amendment 2005- 1 is to change the land use designation of an area of land located at the end of University Avenue adjacent (north east) to the Sir Wilfred Gren fell College grounds/parking lot from Open Space to Community Service in order to permit development of a regional long term care facility. The proposed change is from Open Space to Community Service.

The purpose of Development Regulations Amendment 2005-1 is to change the land use zoning of an area of land located at the end of University Avenue adjacent (north east) to the Sir Wilfred Grenfell College grounds/parking lot from Open Space to Community Service in order to permit de velopment of a regional long term care facility. The Corner Brook Municipal Plan Amendment 2005-1 and Development Regulations Am endment 2005-1 come into effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.

(1) Every registrant that is not a member in good standing of a self-regulatory body referred to in

section 25 of the Act shall issue a direction to its auditor instructing the auditor to conduct an audit re- quested by the superintendent during its registration and shall deliver a copy of the direction to the superintendent (

a) with its application for registration; and (

b) immediately after the registrant changes its auditor.

(2) Where the superintendent requests an auditor to conduct an audit of the financial affairs of a registrant in accordance with a direc- tion referred to in subsection (1), all fees related to the audit shall be paid by the registrant.
