Order in Council 1516/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Amber Neumann of Burlington, appointed by O.C. 1396/2023 as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from her appointment effective November 8, 2024;

Now therefore , pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1396/2023 be revoked.
