Order in Council 794/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.1(2) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , A. Catherina Spoel , of Toronto, be reappointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part-time member of the Ontario Energy Board for a period effective as of the date of this Order in Council to and including August 30, 2019.
