Order in Council 818/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 18(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008,

Dr. Peter Dillon of Newcastle, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member and re-designated Chair of the Lake Simcoe Science Committee, effective from the date this Order in Council is made, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years.

[Dr. Dillon’s most recent reappointment by Order in Council 1779/2015 expired January 12, 2019].
