Order in Council 1088/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Caroline King of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective August 31, 2021.
