OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 22, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective October 22, 2013, to:
a) assign responsibility for the Credit Union Act to the Honourable Diana C. Whalen, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act ; and
b) direct that, for administrative purposes, all affairs and matters relating to the Credit Union Act be attached to the Department of Finance and Treasury Board.
