1 The Production Animal Medicine Regulation

(AR 299/2003) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 26 is amended by striking out "October 31, 2012"

and substituting "October 31, 2015".

Expiry

45.1 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed

for ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be

repassed in its present or an amended form following a review, this

Regulation expires on June 30, 2018.

1 The Environment Grant Regulation (AR 182/2000) is

amended by this Regulation.

2 The title of the Regulation is amended by adding "AND

SUSTAINABLE RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT" after

"ENVIRONMENT".

Section 1(1) is amended by striking out "Water" and

substituting "Sustainable Resource Development".

Section 5(2) and (3) are amended by striking out "Minister

of Finance" and substituting "Government of Alberta".

Section 8 is amended by striking out "November 30, 2012"

and substituting "November 30, 2022".
