OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources March 4, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land located in Lake Charlotte, Halifax County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PID 00557249 and shown in dark grey on the map marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from James S. Oland, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, for a purchase price of $193,200 plus any legal fees, appraisal or survey costs, subject to the condition that James S. Oland, his respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice, and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
