Order in Council 326/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Executive Council Act,

section 2(3), Order in Council OC -1073/2022, dated June 29, 2022 is amended by deleting the following names and assignments:

Dave Smith

as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing

as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery
