OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated November 6, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 13 of

Chapter 14 of the Acts of 1993, the Tobacco Access Act , is pleased to amend the Tobacco Access Regulations , N.S. Reg. 9/1996, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 96-29 dated January 16, 1996, by repealing clause 8(b), effective on and after April 1, 2020.
