OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated October 20, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 63 of
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act , is pleased to approve of amendments made by the Minister of Public Works to the Driver Training Schools Regulations , N.S. Reg. 212/2004, made by the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2004-389 dated September 30, 2004, to increase flexibility of course delivery for driver training schools by authorizing online theory learning, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 13, 2021.
