OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Tourism and Culture dated November 9, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Michele McKenzie of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission effective November 1, 2000; and (

b) order that the Commission defend, negotiate or settle claims or charges made against Michele McKenzie arising out of her activities in relation to her appointment and indemnify her from personal liability in connection with any such claim or charge except any claim or charge based on fraud or criminal activities.
