B.C. Reg. 67/2020 , deposited March 26, 2020, under the ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT ACT [section 9]. Order in Council 141/2020, approved and ordered March 26, 2020.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Reviewable Projects Regulation, B.C. Reg. 243/2019, is amended as set

out in the attached

Schedule 1, and

(

b) Order in Council 607/2019 is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

Section 4 (2) of the Reviewable Projects Regulation, B.C. Reg. 243/2019, is amended

by repealing paragraph (

b) and substituting the following:

(

b) has, on the date this

section comes into force, an authorization under an

enactment listed in that regulation.

Schedule 2

Section 5 (1) of the Reviewable Projects Regulation, as enacted by Order in Council 607/2019,

is amended by repealing paragraph (

c) and substituting the following:

(

c) projects that would result, at the peak of construction or operations, in

the employment by the proponent of 250 or more employees or contractors who work more

than 30 hours per week on an annual basis at the project facilities; .
