OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated May 16, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 43 of the Acts of 2005, the Optometry Act, is pleased to reappoint Larry Clement of Halifax Regional Municipality (Head of St. Margarets Bay) and Beverley Patterson of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney River) as members of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Optometrists representing the public, each for a term of three (3) years commencing June 30, 2022.
