Order in Council 1033/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jo-Anne Pickel was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of five years, effective October 25, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 1921/2017;

And

whereas Jo-Anne Pickel tendered her resignation effective July 7, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1921/2017 be revoked effective July 7, 2018.
