OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 25, 1999, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 21 of the Acts of 1998, the Occupational Therapists Act, is pleased to: (

a) repeal the regulations respecting occupational therapists made by the Board of the Nova Scotia Association of Occupational Therapists and approved by Order in Council 89-565 dated May 16, 1989; and (

b) approve the making by the Board of the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia of new regulations (

i) respecting registration in the form set forth in

Schedule "A", and (ii) respecting professional corporations in the form set forth in

Schedule "B", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after April 8, 1999.
