OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated May 13, 2025, and pursuant to clause 2(
x) of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act , is pleased, effective on and after June 3, 2025, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Pernille Jakobsen Esaiw as Superintendent of Real Estate, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2020-68 dated February 24, 2020; and (
b) appoint Kelly Wyer as Superintendent of Real Estate.
