Order in Council 102/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas David Borenstein was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective November 3, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1372/2015;

And

whereas David Borenstein tendered his resignation effective July 17, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 1372/2015 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
