Order in Council 1789/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Susan Schiller of Oakville be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective January 4, 2021.
