Section 8 of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased to appoint Thomas J. McInnis of Sheet Harbour, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair of the Election Commission, for a term of 5 years, effective on and after January 15, 2008.
