Order in Council 1566/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3 (4) of the Securities Act ,

Timothy Moseley , of Toronto, Ontario

is re-appointed as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission for a term not exceeding one (1) year effective on November 29, 2019.

Pursuant to subsection 3(5) of the Securities Act , Timothy Moseley is designated as Vice-Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission for the term of his appointment as a member of the Commission; and

Pursuant to subsection 3.6 (6) of the Securities Act and subsection 2(3) of the Public Service Pension Plan set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, to the Public Service Pension Act , Timothy Moseley is, for the term of his appointment as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission, designated and entitled to be a member of the Public Service Pension Plan.
