OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 31, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act and

Section 21 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09rescind Order-in-Council 80-1593 dated November 25, 1980, which designated as controlled access a

section of highway known as Burnside Drive together with its interchanges, intersections, ramps and new highway connectors, beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of Burnside Drive and the center line of Highway 111, and extending in a northerly direction a distance of approximately two and six tenths (2.6) kilometers to the point of intersection of the center line of Burnside Drive and the center line of Akerley Boulevard, in the former City of Dartmouth; and \x09(b)\x09apply control of access designation on a

section of highway in the former City of Dartmouth known as Burnside Drive together with its interchanges, intersections, ramps and new highway connectors, beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of Burnside Drive and the centre line of Highway 111, and extending in a northerly direction a distance of approximately eight hundred (800) metres to the point of intersection of the center line of Burnside Drive and the center line of Commodore Drive.
