An Act to amend The Chiropractic Act [Assented to April 10, 1957] Rev. Stat. c.289, new

section

Section of The Chiropractic Act is repealed and the following substituted therefor: Penalties “13 Every person who is guilty of an offence against this Act is, on

summary conviction, liable for the first offence to a fine not exceeding $100, and for each subsequent offence to a fine not exceeding $250 or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months or to both fine and imprisonment” . 1957, c.79, s.1.
