OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated August 16, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act, is pleased to amend the Renewable Electricity Regulations, N.S. Reg. 155/2010, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2010-381 dated October 12, 2010, to add provisions respecting the generation of electricity using biomass, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 17, 2013.
