OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 10, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Angela Light of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-552, dated August 5, 1997 to expire August 15, 2002; and (

b) appoint Angela Lee Davis of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, effective September 12, 1998 and to expire August 15, 2002.
