B.C. Reg. 215/2015 , deposited November 24, 2015, under the LIQUOR CONTROL AND LICENSING ACT [section 84]. Order in Council 698/2015, approved and ordered November 23, 2015.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 244/2002, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 1 of the Liquor Control and Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 244/2002, is amended by repealing the

definitions of “lounge” and “lounge endorsement” .

Section 12 is repealed.

Section 50 (2) (

e) and (2.1) is amended by striking out “ under

section 12 ” and substituting “ under

section 12 of the Act ”.

4 The table in

section 71 (1) (

b) is amended

(

a) in Column A by striking out “ B licence with a designated food optional area ”, and

(

b) in Column B by striking out “ Food primary licence with a lounge endorsement ”.

5 The table in

section 72 (1) (

c) is amended

(

a) in Column A by striking out “ a designated food optional area endorsement ”, and

(

b) in Column B by striking out “ a lounge endorsement ”.
