On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 13 (1) of the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006 ,
George Zegarac of Innisfil
be appointed as the Fairness Commissioner, on an interim basis, effective the earlier of April 5, 2019 and the date this Order in Council is made, for a period of one year or ending when a new Fairness Commissioner is appointed, whichever occurs first.
