An Act to repeal The Public Works Creditors' Payment Act. [Assented to May 4, 19 79.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Public Works Creditors' Payment Repeal Act. 2. The Public Works Creditors' Payment Act is repealed. 3. Notwithstanding the repeal of The Public Works Creditors' Pay ment Act by

section 2, that Act continues to apply in respect of work done, services rendered or materials furnished under a contract entered into before the repeal of that Act or under any subcontract entered into directly or indirectly under such a contract, and for that purpose The Public Works Credirors' Payment Act is deemed to be in full force and effect. 4. This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor.
