B.C. Reg. 386/2010 , deposited December 31, 2010, pursuant to the GAMING CONTROL ACT [Sections 104 and 105]. Order in Council 853/2010, approved and ordered December 30, 2010.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Gaming Control Regulation, B.C. Reg. 208/2002, is amended as follows:

(a)

section 29 (1) is amended

(

i) in paragraph (

a) by striking out " 500 " and substituting " 800 ",

(ii) in paragraph (

b) by striking out " fewer than 500 " and substituting " 500 to 799 ",

(iii) by adding the following paragraph:

(b.1) class C casino services providers , comprised of gaming services providers that provide casino gaming services at a gaming facility that contains fewer than 500 slot machines; , and

(iv) in paragraph (

l) by adding " licensed or contracted " before " gaming services providers ";

(b)

section 31 (2) is amended

(

i) in paragraph (

a) by striking out " $35 000 " and substituting " $100 000 ",

(ii) in paragraph (

b) by striking out " $15 000 " and substituting " $50 000 ",

(iii) by adding the following paragraph:

(b.1) class C casino services providers , $25 000 per gaming facility; ,

(iv) in paragraph (

e) by striking out " $5 000 " and substituting " $10 000 ",

(

v) in paragraph (

l) by adding " who are licensed gaming services providers " after " operators ", and

(vi) by adding the following paragraph:

(l.1) horse racing teletheatre operators who are contracted gaming services providers, $250; .
