On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act ,
Wess Garrod of Yarker
be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox and Addington Health Unit for a period of three years, effective September 8, 2017 to and including September 7, 2020.
