OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated December 7, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 257 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2004, the Credit Union Act (the “Act”), is pleased to amend the regulations respecting credit unions, N.S. Reg. 45/1995, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-304 dated April 11, 1995, to implement the remaining recommendations resulting from the most recent mandatory review of the Act and its regulations, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 1, 2020.
