OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated September 29, 1999, pursuant to
Section 61 of
Chapter 208 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Hospitals Act, is pleased to appoint William H.R. Charles of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Review Board for all facilities under the Hospitals Act for a term of office of three years commencing August 1, 1999, and ending July 31, 2002.
