OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education, dated May 27, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Peter G. Fardy of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Dalhousie University Foundation under clause 5(1)(

a) of the Act, for a term of office commencing June 26, 2015, and expiring June 30, 2018; (

b) reappoint Curtis Cartmill of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Dalhousie University Foundation under clause 5(1)(

a) of the Act, for a term of office commencing June 26, 2015, and expiring June 30, 2018; and (

c) reappoint Sean Foreman of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Dalhousie University Foundation under clause 5(1)(

a) of the Act, for a term of office commencing June 26, 2015, and expiring June 30, 2018.
