OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness, dated April 27, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2007, the Respiratory Therapists Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Daniel Gee of Lower Truro, Colchester County, as a public representative on the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Respiratory Therapists for a term of two years commencing May 27, 2021; (

b) appoint Ronald Williams of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Sydney) as a public representative on the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Respiratory Therapists for a term of two years commencing May 27, 2021; and (

c) reappoint Lauren Randall of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as public representative on the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Respiratory Therapists for a term of two years commencing May 27, 2021.
