On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Highway 407 East Act, 2012 , S.O. 2012, c. 8, Sched. 22,

be appointed as a dispute arbitrator for a period of one (1) year effective the date of this order.
