B.C. Reg. 251/2003, deposited June 20, 2003, pursuant to the POWER ENGINEERS AND BOILER AND PRESSURE VESSEL SAFETY ACT [Section 35]. Order in Council 604/2003, approved and ordered June 19, 2003.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Power Engineers Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Regulation, B.C. Reg. 82/99, is amended as follows:

Section 19 (1) (

b) is amended by adding the following subparagraph:

(iv.1) 60 months as an assistant engineer of a power plant that has a boiler capacity that exceeds 1000 m 2 , performing duties approved by the director as providing suitable experience, or.

Section 20 (1) (

b) is amended by adding the following subparagraph:

(iv.1) 36 months as an assistant engineer of a power plant that has a boiler capacity that exceeds 500 m 2 , performing duties approved by the director as providing suitable experience, or. — G.
