OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated November 12, 2020, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act is pleased to: (
a) appoint Brian Jessop of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a Member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, for a term of three years commencing December 18, 2020; and (
b) order that Brian Jessop be remunerated for his services in the amount of $3,600 per year and be reimbursed for allowable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling his duties as Member of the commission, provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
