CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Gas Inspection Act, 1993 (Assented to June 11, 1998) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Gas Inspection Amendment Act, 1998 . S.S. 1993, c.G-3.2 amended The Gas Inspection Act, 1993 is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subclause 2(o)(ii) is amended by striking out “ maintenance,”.

Section amended Subsection 13(3) is amended by striking out “ equipment ” and substituting “ piping”.

Section amended Subsection 23(1) is amended by striking out the portion that precedes clause (

a) and substituting “Where in any premises an inspector finds that any gas equipment or gas installation constitutes a hazard, a potential hazard or a danger to persons in the premises or to the premises, the inspector may do one or more of the following:”.
