OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 9, 2001, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Pamela Dawn Naugler, made pursuant to Order in Council 1999-597 dated December 1, 1999; and (
b) appoint Pamela Dawn Fancy of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, for a term to expire November 30, 2004.
