OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated March 1, 2006, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 44 of the Acts of 2005, the Pre-primary Education Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 44 of the Acts of 2005, the Pre-primary Education Act, do come into force on and not before March 24, 2006, with effect on and after August 1, 2005.
