Order in Council 757/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Phil Gillies was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective January 19, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 4/2023;

And

whereas Phil Gillies tendered his resignation effective May 10, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 4/2023 be revoked effective May 10, 2023.
