B.C. Reg. 234/2010 , deposited July 26, 2010, pursuant to the BALANCED BUDGET AND MINISTERIAL ACCOUNTABILITY ACT [Sections 5 (3) and 9 (2) (b)]. Treasury Board Regulation, dated July 22, 2010.

Treasury Board orders that responsibility for the expected results specified in

section 6 of the Ministers of State Expected Results for the 2010/2011 Fiscal Year Regulation, B.C. Reg. 52/2010, is transferred as follows:

(

a) paragraphs (a), (

b) and (c), and paragraph (

h) to the extent that it applies to paragraphs (a), (

b) and (

c) are transferred to the Minister of Finance, and

(

b) paragraphs (d), (e), (

f) and (g), and paragraph (

h) to the extent that it applies to paragraphs (d), (e), (

f) and (

g) are transferred to the Minister of Healthy Living and Sport.
