OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated March 15, 2005, pursuant to subsection 23(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to determine that the claims or debts hereinafter set forth are not collectable and to write-off any losses incurred in that determination, effective March 31, 2005, and is further pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to charge such losses to the appropriation for the service in respect of which the losses were incurred, or to the Consolidated Fund, or to the appropriate reserve account: Department March 31, 2005 Agriculture and Fisheries $ 1,193,096.26 Community Services 169,256.84 Economic Development 238,824.58 Environment and Labour 8,469.75 Justice 737,531.04 Natural Resources 14,830.62 Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations 426,156.91 Tourism, Culture and Heritage 22,236.07 Finance 1,707.03 TOTAL $2,812,109.10
