OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 7, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of

Chapter 477 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Treasure Trove Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to grant a Treasure Trove Licence to LeChameau Explorations Limited, a corporation with its registered office at Sydney, in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality, in the Province of Nova Scotia, substantially in the form of and subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Treasure Trove Licence attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation as Appendix "A".
