EXPLANATORY NOTE NOTE EXPLICATIVE This Bill amends several Acts that govern the administration and practice of Manitoba's courts. f) defining any word used but not defined in this Act; (

g) respecting any matter the Lieutenant Governor in Council considers necessary or advisable to carry out the purposes of this Act. 20

f) a member of a police service; (
