OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated June 11, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 1991, the Energy-efficient Appliances Act, is pleased, effective on and after September 23, 2008, (
a) to repeal the Energy-efficient Appliances Regulations, N.S. Reg. 177/94, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 1994-790 dated September 13, 1994; and (
b) to make new Regulations respecting energy-efficient appliances in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
