OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated December 19, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 23(6), is pleased, effective January 23, 2018 to: (
a) revoke the appointment of William Slattery as Executive Director of Securities made by Order in Council 2009-139; and (
b) appoint Jane Anderson as the acting Executive Director of Securities.
